Choose from a 1 Mile or 5K route, both starting at 8:00 AM sharp on Saturday, July 12th. Registration runs from 7:00–8:00 AM that morning—so come early, stretch out, and get ready to go!

Why is the annual Dutton Fun Day run called the Craig Storle Memorial Run?
The Craig Storle Memorial Run is a beloved tradition that kicks off Dutton Fun Day with movement, memories, and meaning.
For many years, the run was organized by the Storle family in honor of Craig Storle—a dedicated community member, loving husband to Amy, and proud father of Carissa, Seth, and Austin. Craig was also an avid runner who inspired many in the community with his energy and passion for the outdoors. In November 2009, Craig passed away unexpectedly while on a hunting trip with his family—a heartbreaking loss that deeply impacted Dutton.
To honor his memory and continue the tradition he loved, the Fun Run was renamed in his honor. The Storle family coordinated the run through 2021, after which it briefly paused in 2022. In 2023, at the request of Austin Storle, Dora began organizing the event, helping bring it back to life for the next generation of Fun Day runners.
Today, the Craig Storle Memorial Run continues to bring people together each July—encouraging fitness, connection, and community in Craig’s memory.
